We have selected the smart service providers for the “Reiwa 8 Fiscal Year Smart Service Deployment Support Program.”
With the aim of realizing “Smart Tokyo”—a vision to unlock Tokyo’s potential through digital technology—the Tokyo Metropolitan Government established the Nishi-Shinjuku Advanced Service Implementation Industry-Government-Academia Consortium (hereinafter referred to as the “Nishi-Shinjuku Consortium”) in Nishi-Shinjuku, a pilot area for Smart Tokyo. Through this consortium, industry, government, and academia have collaborated to promote the urban implementation of smart services utilizing cutting-edge technologies.
To expand the results of this initiative to other areas within Tokyo, we are pleased to announce the selection of smart service deployment operators for the “Reiwa 8 Fiscal Year Smart Service Deployment Support Program,” which supports efforts by member companies of the Nishi-Shinjuku Consortium to create and enhance smart services and expand them to other areas of Tokyo.
