Call for Applications: "FY 2026 Smart Service Deployment Support Program" – Seeking Smart Service Deployment Providers

To realize "Smart Tokyo," a vision aimed at unlocking Tokyo's potential through digital technology, the Tokyo Metropolitan Government established the Nishi-Shinjuku Advanced Service Implementation Industry-Government-Academia Consortium (hereinafter referred to as the "Nishi-Shinjuku Consortium") in Nishi-Shinjuku, a pilot area for Smart Tokyo. Through this consortium, the government, industry, and academia have collaborated to promote the urban implementation of smart services utilizing cutting-edge technologies.
To expand the results of this initiative to other areas within Tokyo, the “Smart Service Deployment Support Project” has been implemented since fiscal year 2025 to support member companies of the Nishi-Shinjuku Consortium in creating and enhancing smart services, as well as in their efforts to deploy these services to other areas of Tokyo.
We are pleased to announce that we are now accepting applications for projects eligible for support and for smart service deployment operators under the fiscal year 2026 “Smart Service Deployment Support Project.”
