AI Concierge Universal Route" function will be added to JORDAN Transfer Guide "Nishi-Shinjuku Mode"!

Jorudan Corporation (Head Office: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; President: Toshikazu Sato) will release an "AI Concierge" function and a "Universal Route" function for walking routes based on walking attributes and weather information in the "Nishi-Shinjuku Mode" of its "Transfer Guide" application.

The "AI Concierge" function obtains user attributes from conversations with users via chat and recommends spots in the Nishi-Shinjuku area according to the user's preferences. The recommended spots are suggested in three places: (1) route search result screen, (2) MAP screen of Nishi-Shinjuku mode, and (3) chat screen of AI Concierge, thus enabling suggestions based on destinations as well as conversations with AI.
In addition, after confirming the details of the recommended spot, the system provides a one-stop route search service.

The "Universal Route" function provides "wheelchair and stroller routes" within the Nishi-Shinjuku mode area that guide users to their destinations without using stairs, as well as "rainy day routes" that guide users to their destinations in the rain as much as possible. The new service aims to provide a comfortable and new value-added travel experience for all types of users, starting with those who have difficulty navigating uneven terrain using a wheelchair or stroller, and including a route that prioritizes underground passageways for those who do not have an umbrella on a rainy day.
