MotionLib Corporation will hold "Animal Touch Mecha Land in Tama Zoological Park," a hands-on event using feel control technology (July 6 and July 7, 2024).
MotionLib Corporation (headquartered in Kawasaki City, Kanagawa Prefecture; Takahiro Mizoguchi, President and Representative Director) has announced that it has signed a contract with the Nishi-Shinjuku Advanced Service Implementation/Industry-Government-Academia Consortium to develop and implement a new service in Nishi-Shinjuku."Subcommittee to Study Means of Solving Social Issues Using Feel Control Technology"As part of the "Tama Zoological Park's (TZP)" efforts, an event will be held this time to reproduce the feeling of animals using data collected in cooperation with Tama Zoological Park and other organizations, and to have everyone experience it.
Using "Real Haptics," visitors will be able to feel and touch animals that are normally inaccessible through robots! In addition, there will be animal quizzes and other activities to make the zoo more enjoyable.
